Zwiebel Press is reporting that “In the wake of last month’s shocking revelation that actor Sylvester Stallone had been caught with the illegal human growth hormone Jintropin at an Australian airport, the World Boxing Association, in a joint decision with the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences and the Screen Actors Guild, has overturned the uplifting, feel-good endings of Rocky II, III, and IV, sources said Monday.” . . .

Using material from the New York Daily News, the article goes on to say: "For those who weren’t paying close attention, the tougher drug and amphetamine policy baseball officials announced last week was only a framework. While some members of Congress said there no longer was a need for legislation to mandate universal testing, lawyers for Major League Baseball and the Players Association continue to negotiate the details. Several experts say those details are what will make the program either a true defense against performance-enhancing drugs or a smoke screen for more cheating. … "
The San Diego Tribune has an article entitled: "Baseball owners unanimously approve steroids agreement" The article goes on to say, in part: "It took six months of negotiating for baseball commissioner Bud Selig to get the tough steroid policy he wanted, mere minutes for baseball owners to approve it. Owners voted unanimously Thursday to ratify the new drug deal, which includes a 50-game suspension for a first positive test. The players’ association executive board still has to sign off on the deal, but that’s considered a formality."
